鈴木 八朗 Hachiro Suzuki

1961  
Employed by Hakuhodo Inc., a design firm. Begins with the preliminary campaign for Coca-Cola Co. advertisement in Japan. Later, he returns to Tokyo University of Fine Arts to pursure a further education in design, graduates in 1968, and gets employed by Dentsu.

1970  
Wins Tokyo Art Directors Club Grand Prize for XEROX's "Beautiful" Campaign.

1977   
Receives a Silver Medal for JNR's "Discover Japan" Campaign from Japanese Graphic Idea Exhibition '77

1985  
Receives another Grand Prize for Tokyo Art Directors Club for Apple Computer Company's "Orientaion" Campaign.

1989  
Joined as Organizer and Artist in Advertisement Department at "Europalia '89 Japan in Belgium". and "Japanese Affiches" (Modern posters of Japan) at Antwerpen.

1990 Febrary-April. 
Exhibition in Rome, Italy. "Manifesti Giapponesi Contemporanei".

1990 September- October.
Exhibition in Frankfurt Airport Gallery, Germany. "Moderne Japanische Poster Ausstellung".

1997
"8ro art & ad" established at Ginza, Tokyo.
 Poland Manggha(Center of Japanese Arts Technology National Museum in Cracow)

1998
Produced an official poster for the Opening Ceremony for "Nagano Winter Olympics".
